Work Principle of Three Layer Blown Film Extrusion Line
The Three Layer Blown Film Extrusion Line operates using a multi-step, synchronized process:
- Material Feeding & Melting
Raw materials are fed into three separate extruders, where they are melted and homogenized. - Co-Extrusion Through Die Head
The molten polymers from each extruder merge in a specially designed spiral die head, forming a three-layer melt stream. - Bubble Formation
Air is introduced through the die center to inflate the melt into a thin, cylindrical bubble. - Cooling & Stabilization
The dual-lip air ring cools the bubble uniformly, ensuring consistent thickness. - Film Haul-Off
The cooled bubble is collapsed by guide rollers and pulled upward by the take-up unit. - Rewinding
The flattened film is slit (if required) and wound into neat rolls for further use or conversion.
